Main Responsibilities:
- Provide initial information and guidance to customers, while following up on customer information in accordance with company standards.
- Manage all post-sales processes with a 360-degree approach.
- Develop strategies to build customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction on a weekly basis, in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
- Plan and implement strategies to reach targeted customer segments in each industry, ensuring the required number of contacts per month.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs with the company’s products and services to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement, measured by the number of meetings, calls, and follow-ups each week.
- Organize and maintain document files to be easily accessible, prepare quotes, send sales information and emails to customers, and track billing information between sales and accounting to ensure completeness and timeliness.
- Achieve or exceed the company’s monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Keep customer data and sales reports in the CRM system accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the current sales pipeline.
- Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and relevant industry trends to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Attend industry events, webinars, training programs, and workshops to stay updated with the latest market trends, enhance sales techniques, and improve product knowledge.
- Regularly search and compile information on both current and potential new customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Primarily contact customers through phone calls and online meetings to reach both new and existing customers from the lead list provided by the company, meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Demonstrate product usage and provide onboarding support to customers, both online and offline.
- Understand customers in depth to offer the most suitable solutions.
- Organize and maintain document files to be easily accessible for efficient sales support.
- Prepare quotes, send sales information, and emails to customers.
- Prepare, track, and compile billing information between sales and accounting to ensure completeness and adherence to deadlines.
- Expand customer relationships by identifying additional departments or divisions that could generate revenue.
- Create sales opportunities through personal and professional networks, both internally and externally.
- Keep customer records updated, including call details, meeting summaries, appointment scheduling, and both online and offline presentations. Summarize meeting outcomes for management and update sales opportunities and quotes in Salesforce and other company systems.
- Be prepared to take on other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience with CRM Salesforce system will be specially considered
- Experience in sales coordination will be specially considered

Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, age not exceeding 35 years, no gender restrictions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
