Business Sales Executive (Internship)

Key Learning Opportunities and Responsibilities: As a Business Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the sales team in acquiring and managing business clients across various industries in Thailand and Southeast Asia. This internship offers a practical foundation in B2B sales, digital solutions, and customer relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in researching and identifying potential business clients.
  • Join sales calls and online meetings to observe and learn how to approach clients professionally.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations and materials to present company services and packages.
  • Help summarize meeting notes and follow up on action items from client interactions.
  • Learn how to use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to update customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in internal meetings to develop weekly sales strategies and gain insights into how sales pipelines are managed.
  • Assist in organizing customer demo sessions and onboarding processes under supervision.
  • Help monitor and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Join industry events, webinars, or internal training sessions to enhance product and market knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the Customers & Sales Support team to understand end-to-end sales support workflows.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Undergraduate students in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Interested in B2B sales, customer success, and digital product solutions.
  • Comfortable communicating in both Thai and English.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to a dynamic sales team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
