Responsibilities:
- Perform opportunity discovery calls within the Shutterstock database to discover prospects to uncover potential new business. Identify and assign leads according to defined qualified lead criteria and best practices.
- Responsible for the whole sales process Take care and increase sales of old customers. And contact and coordinate with new customers via telephone (Cold Call) regularly. to identify stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain consistency in achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs by growing business and revenue by developing and nurturing leads.
- Evaluating, collecting information about prospective customers, and creating strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze the needs of potential customers and give professional advice.
- Building a new contact list through outbound communication.
- Educating accounts, prospects, and decision-makers on our products and value proposition.
- Strengthening Shutterstock awareness within an assigned territory or lead list.
- A talent for addressing objections, being persuasive, instilling urgency, and operating in a fast-paced professional way.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Fluent in Thai and conversational level English.
- Able to conduct business and negotiate contracts in Thai.
- Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
- Must be highly organized, have advanced skills in talent for multitasking
- Be able to work independently as well as within a team
